After years of running cross country, track, and eventually marathons, I developed a stress fracture in my foot. As a runner who couldn’t run, I hobbled into my first CrossFit class in a walking cast. The stress fracture healed quickly, but CrossFit changed my life forever.
After taking my first CrossFit class in January 2010 I was hooked. Later that year I attended the CrossFit Level 1 Certification Course and starting coaching part time at CrossFit Sandy (Utah). By 2013 I quit my corporate job to buy the gym. And in 2019 this life changing journey lead my to CrossFit Kapa'a.
I love helping people achieve their goals and build self-confidence through their accomplishments in the gym. While many people are motivated to start CrossFit for health or aesthetic reasons, they keep coming back because training with this incredible group of people is FUN!
